Miguel Costa Matos is a deputy to the Assembly of the Republic for the Socialist Party and Secretary General of the Socialist Youth. He has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Warwick and a Master’s in Economics from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He was an economic advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office, part of the working group drafting the Climate Law as well as part of the cannabis working group.
