Previously, Rob served as Principal Consultant for Medical Cannabis & B2B and Director of Cultivation & Post-Harvest for Curaleaf International, where he oversaw large-scale cultivation, B2B sales, and post-harvest operations. He led major medical cannabis projects and built strategic alliances across Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

Throughout his career, he held executive roles including Director of Cultivation, Chief Cultivation Officer, Post-Harvest Consultant, and Principal Consultant, managing high-impact cannabis and hemp projects in Spain, Italy, the UK, Serbia, Uruguay, Portugal, Greece, Canada, Thailand, the USA, and Switzerland.
